Before joining OLAM, Elisa  served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mosaic United, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and ensured organizational efficiency across all departments.

Elisa also held key roles in marketing and PR at Shutaf Inclusion Programs in Jerusalem and Yashar LaChayal, where she led branding initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and the development of marketing strategies. Prior to that, she focused on outreach to new markets at a consulting firm.

With years of diverse experience in both the nonprofit and private sectors, she brings a strong background in management, operations, and marketing.

Elisa holds a BA in Communications, Journalism, and International Relations, as well as an MA in Internet and New Media, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
