That’s why OLAM has launched a new partnership with Blue Compass, a national network supporting Jewish professionals across secular nonprofits and philanthropy. Founded by OLAM member Sharon Leslie, Blue Compass helps Jewish professionals stay connected, supported, and resilient so they don’t have to choose between their Jewish identity and their work.

Through this partnership, OLAM members can access Blue Compass’ full suite of offerings: peer support, practical guidance, vetted resources, and the online community platform, Compass Connect. Blue Compass members in international development and humanitarian aid will gain access to OLAM’s network, programming, and professional opportunities.

Linking our complementary communities reflects a shared commitment to reduce isolation and increase connectivity for Jewish practitioners, so they can continue making a meaningful impact around the world.
