The OLAM in Motion subsidy offers staff members of OLAM partner organizations up to $1,500/year to organize a Jewish speaking tour. Individual members are not eligible.

The subsidy can be used to purchase an economy flight or train ticket to carry out a speaking tour in the Jewish community. We strongly recommend you purchase a refundable ticket. OLAM in Motion will not cover any cancellation fees, nor will it reimburse the cost of unused, non-refundable tickets if your travel is canceled.

Where can your speaking tour take you? Anywhere - as long as you speak to new Jewish audiences (audiences your organization has not previously reached) about your organization's international development, humanitarian, and global service work (not including work in Israel).

Note: You must book a minimum of four new speaking engagements before Jewish audiences, either in one city or multiple cities, to qualify for the OLAM in Motion subsidy.

‍The OLAM in Motion subsidy cannot be used for speaking engagements targeting alumni of your organization or those in communities that have previously hosted you or someone else from your organization.
